  I called the Verizon store in Mt. Pleasant, PA to ask for assistance with my new Iphone 7. Chris answered the phone and I was very much relieved when he told me he would be glad to help me. When I arrived Chris was very knowledgeable with my questions and presented himself in a professional and courteous manner. I plan to tell family and friends how pleased I was with the Mt. Pleasant store and staff, especially Chris.

  I always come to Mount Pleasant but the one time I go to Connellsville, Danielle didnt switch any of my stuff. I had a horrible experience at connellsvile.
